The highest production value of PDO (protected designation of origin), PGI (protected geographical indication), and TSG (traditional specialty guaranteed) quality labels products in Italy was generated by Veneto with more than 4.8 billion euros. Emilia-Romagna followed with an added value of close to four billion euros.
