During the 2023 Singles' Day campaign in China, Tmall, including Diantao, held the largest online retail sales in non-alcoholic beverages at 39.4 percent. The second-largest distribution channel of non-alcoholic beverages was JD.com, accounting for 35.2 percent of the total online retail sales.

For the purpose of this report, "beverage" includes bottled water, fizzy drinks, tea drinks, vegetable protein drinks, soda water, sparkling water, milk tea, coffee, cocoa drinks, fruit juice, vegetable juice, functional drinks, fruit and vegetable drinks, herbal drinks, fruit flavored drinks, and other flavored drinks.
The data-monitoring period was from 20:00 on October 23 to 23:59 on November 11, 2023 for JD, and from 20:00 on October 31 to 23:59 on November 11, 2023 for other distribution channels.
The statistics covered over 40 platforms, 2505 varieties, 85238 brands, and more than 20 million products.
