Opinion on work and family life balance among female professionals in China 2023

According to an annual survey conducted in China in the beginning of 2023, approximately half of surveyed female professionals hoped for an equal balance between their career and family life. Another 21.5 percent wished they had more energy to invest into their career development, whereas less than 16 percent, on the contrary, wished they had more time to devote to their children.
