According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2023, nearly 86 percent of respondents answered that after the launch of ride hailing platform Kakao T, they experienced improvements regarding the estimated travel time and cost. Overall, the answers indicated that customers had access to more relevant information and improved convenience in payment and getting on rides after the introduction of Kakao T.
