Global fuel ethanol refinery capacity 2023

The installed capacity of major fuel ethanol refineries in the world is estimated to have exceeded 161.36 billion liters in 2023. This figure takes into account the nameplate capacity of production plants in the largest producer countries. Since 2014, fuel ethanol production capacity increased by more than 50 billion liters.
