Leading property market concerns among New Zealanders 2023
According to a survey conducted in May 2023, the leading concern among New Zealanders regarding the state of the country's property market was rising interest rates, with over 50 percent of those surveyed expressing their concern. Rising building costs was the next most prevalent worry among respondents, followed by issues with the supply of affordable housing.
