According to a survey of French citizens conducted in April, 2023, 27 percent of French users were willing to stop accessing porn websites altogether in case of additional restrictions. Around two in 10 respondents reported they would look for a site that is not blocked or does not require age verification, while one in 10 French respondents reported they would try to bypass eventual restrictions by using a VPN system.
