TB is an infectious bacterial disease that mainly affects the lungs. It is a concerning public health issue in the country.

The survey demonstrates the percentage of women and men aged 15–49 years who have heard of Tuberculosis (TB) and were diagnosed with TB in the last 12 months. The number of women who were aware of TB in the survey who were between the ages of 15-49 accounted for 16,177. The men in the same age group amounted to 13,412.
