In 2023, the top use of ChatGPT by full-time employees in the United States was writing content. 36 percent of respondents gave this as their answer. Only 19 percent of respondents said they used ChatGPT to make strategic decisions, whereas 30 percent said they use the Open AI tool in customer support.
