Share of female residents in continuing care facilities Canada 2022-2023, by province

In fiscal year 2022-2023, on average more than half of residents in continuing care facilities (usually long-term care facilities in residential or hospital-based settings) in Canada were female, with up to 69 percent of such residents in Manitoba female. There were less female residents in hospital-based continuing care than residential facilities.
