According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Taiwan in November 2023, around 42 percent of the respondents above 54 years old said that they use Click & Collect services when shopping to avoid shipping costs. However, around 22 percent of the respondents from this age group stated they did not use Click & Collect services at all, a larger proportion than in any other age group.

Among a total of 12,698 respondents, 2,704 were between 16 and 24 years old, 3,756 were between 25 and 34 years old, 3,307 were between 35 and 44 years old, 2,005 were between 45 and 54 years old, and 926 were above 54 years old.
