According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Hong Kong in November 2023, around 41 percent of the respondents above 54 years old said that they use Click & Collect services when shopping because of the availability of multiple pick-up locations. However, around a quarter of the respondents from this age group stated they did not use Click & Collect services at all.

Among a total of 3,234 respondents, 239 were between 16 and 24 years old, 903 were between 25 and 34 years old, 1,052 were between 35 and 44 years old, 573 were between 45 and 54 years old, and 467 were above 54 years old.
