According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Hong Kong in November 2023, around 47 percent of the female and 45 percent of the male respondents said that they use Click & Collect services when shopping because of the availability of multiple pick-up locations and to avoid shipping costs. However, a higher proportion of men than women used Click & Collect because of the dedicated pick-up counters.
