In 2023, around 87 percent of developers who hadn't used generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help with their development task stated they either strongly or somewhat agreed that they were able to focus on satisfying and meaningful work. This is a significant improvement compared to just 50 percent of developers who hadn't used generative AI tools.
