According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in China in November 2023, over 60 percent of both female and male respondents said that when shopping, they order products online and pick them up from a pick-up location such as parcel machine or post. However, a larger proportion of women than men liked ordering products online and picking them up from a retail store.
