Worldwide, nearly 90 percent of the questioned employees had the opinion that virtual work arrangements allowed them to meet the needs of the customers and that their manager maintains composure in high-pressure situations. On the other hand, less than two thirds felt that they had clear processes and procedures for doing their work.
