In 2024, in Portugal, people with a higher education degree were the most likely to use the internet, as almost 99 percent of them did so. Those with upper secondary education presented an internet usage penetration rate of 98 percent. Contrastingly, only 73 percent of people with up to lower secondary education used the internet in the country.
