According to a government survey conducted in Japan in 2023, 68.2 percent of respondents answered they think the government should develop medical institutions related to cancer care, including the enhancement of core hospital facilities. 51.8 percent of respondents stated they think the government should establish consultation and support systems to continue work or school, regarding cancer control.
