With a single's earnings in Poland of 4,000 zloty net, the highest creditworthiness for a variable-rate mortgage was offered by mBank, Alior Bank and Credit Agricole in December 2024. Alior Bank, Bank Pekao S.A., and VeloBank will lend the most for a loan with a periodic fixed rate. Depending on the interest rate, a single person will get financing for 166,400 zloty to 253,000 zloty with a contribution of 20 percent of the property value.
