During the 2023 Women's T20 World Cup, around 192 million hours of coverage were watched worldwide. This was an increase of 44 percent from the previous edition of the tournament when 133 hours were watched. The 2023 World Cup saw Australia further cement their dominance of women's limited overs cricket, winning a record sixth Women's T20 World Cup title after beating hosts South Africa in the final by 19 runs.
