For most consumers in the United States, the primary consideration on people's minds when deciding where to shop during the holiday season had to do with cost in 2023. Some two-thirds of U.S. shoppers said they would be on the lookout for better prices and promotions. Over a third of shoppers said they would be keeping product availability in mind.
