Suptech adoption at financial institutions 2023

The vast majority of financial institutions had suptech initiatives in place by 2023, according to a survey conducted among 64 financial authorities, primarily central banks. 81 percent of the respondents indicated that they had at least one suptech initiative in place. Almost half of these respondents had one or more suptech applications operating at the time of the survey. Only 19 percent of all respondents indicated that they had neither any suptech applications nor a strategy or roadmap in place.
