Most European shoppers prefer their online orders to be delivered to their homes, as revealed by a widespread 2023 survey. With home delivery being the default e-commerce delivery method for most retailers, it is interesting to note that 36 percent of European prefer an out-of-home delivery method. Parcel lockers are especially popular.
