According to a survey on global views on artificial intelligence (AI) in 2023, 69 percent of respondents from Thailand perceived it as very likely that AI will replace their current job. Another 62 percent of respondents from Malaysia and Indonesia answered accordingly.

Original question: "How likely, if at all, do you think it is that AI will replace your current job in the next 5 years?"
"Global average" shows the average results for all the countries where the survey was conducted, not adjusted to the population size of each country or market, and is not intended to suggest a total result.
The samples from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand represent a more urban, more educated, and/or more affluent part than the general population.
