Upon review of opinions and insight provided by survey respondents, the feature with the highest rating of ease among retail investors in the United Kingdom using trading apps was the process of creating a trading account, receiving an average score of 4.4. Using a demo account received a less favorable response, with an average score of 2.3. Many retail investors found this app feature to be difficult to navigate. The ability to copy other traders on the platform and also micro investing/rounding up were also seen as difficult tasks, receiving an average score of 1.5 and 1.7.

years old. Each respondent was a user of a trading app with varying portfolio values and goals.
Respondents were asked to score the ease of using specific app features from one to five. One being difficult and five being easy.
