According to Effigy Consulting, more than 1.5 billion parcels were delivered in the courier, express, and parcel (CEP) market in Turkey in 2023. This was the highest volume registered in the given period and 12 percent more than the previous year's volume. For 2024, nearly 1.7 billion parcels are expected, marking a 10 percent growth.
The study is a consolidation of the following carriers: AGT, Aramex, Aras Kargo, DHL Express, FedEx/TNT, hepsiJET, Kolay Gelsin, MNG Kargo, PTT, Surat Kargo, Trendyol Express, UPS, Yurtici Kargo and others (rest of the market).

The volume is measured in number of parcel items up to 31.5 kg (domestic, outbound or inbound); all volumes are allocated to the carrier with commercial ownership of the customer. Subcontracted volumes are to be removed (as much as possible) to avoid double counting. In the case of import, the delivery of the parcel from the gateway to the consignee is attributed to the operator with responsibility for the last mile delivery.
Excludes Food, Same Day, Point-to-Point delivery, Pallets, Freight, Contract Logistic, Innight service, Air Cargo Linehauls, etc.
