According to a survey carried out in Italy in 2023, 360-degree product photography was the most interesting feature to fashion and lifestyle shoppers in Italy, with a preference rate of 25 percent. Augmented reality (AR) and metaverse appealed both 22 percent of respondents, while drones and delivery robots were interesting innovations for one in five shoppers.
