When asked to express their attitude to the statement "It should not be allowed to direct advertising of foods that contain a lot of sugar, fat or salt at children," 84 percent of responding consumers in Germany, regardless of their parental status, agreed. 62 percent of respondents with children under 18 in their households agreed entirely, while the same share among the respondents with no children stood at 64 percent.
