According to an October 2024 study, the most expensive ski destination in Italy was Cortina d'Ampezzo at an average price of roughly 234 euros a day, which included the cost of a ski pass and accommodation. Second in the ranking was Val Gardena (Gröden) at around 213 euros a day.

The source analyzed ski destinations with more than 20 kilometers of ski slopes. For the price analysis, it considered the travel periods from December 12 to 29, 2024 (high season) and from March 23 to 30, 2025 (low season). When seasonal prices for the 2024/2025 season were not available, prices for the 2023/2024 seasons were used as a reference.
Original prices in Swiss francs were converted by Statista to euros based on the exchange rate as of October 31, 2024 (1 CHF = 1.065295 euros).
