The United Kingdom is forecast to have the largest floating offshore wind capacity in Europe in 2029. The country is expected to reach some 4.2 gigawatts of floating wind capacity by that year. Italy is forecast to follow, with a projected capacity of over 4.1 gigawatts of floating offshore wind.
