Number of Airbnb listings in selected cities in the UK 2024

As of December 2024, there were over 90,000 Airbnb listings for apartment and room rentals in London. This was over ten times the number of listings recorded in the Scottish capital city, Edinburgh, where the figure stood at 6,811. The English capital also had the largest number of Airbnb listings among major European cities in September 2023, with Paris being the only other city to have over 50,000 listings.
