In 2015 barely a percentile of companies mentioned AI in their Russell 3000 earnings calls. This has radically changed in 2023 with over 16.5 percent of companies mentioning the concept of AI in their calls. Only in 2022 and 2020 did the mentions drop somewhat, though the overall growth of the amount of mentions has been steady.
