In the third quarter of 2024, the number of foldable smartphone shipments in China reached 2.23 million units, an increase of 14 percent compared to the previous year. At the same time, Huawei was the market leader in this segment, accounting for 43 percent of the market. Samsung, with a market share of around nine percent, was the only non-Chinese brand among the leading six manufacturers.
