According to a survey conducted in October 2022 in France, 54 percent of respondents were not considering changing jobs due to a lack of flexibility in their current position. On the other hand, 16 percent of those surveyed affirmed that it was a possibility for them to change position because of lack of flexibility, both in terms of schedule and location, in their current occupation. Finally, 14 percent of respondents declared they were very likely to change jobs in the upcoming year, for the same reasons.
