E-commerce managers in Italy shed light into their investment plans on logistics and shipping services in 2023. The majority of respondents, around 45 percent, were planning on investing the ordinary management investment. Around 20 percent showed no interest of investments into the services, while around seven percent are planning high investments into their shipping services.

To produce this report, more than 500 operators with e-commerce services offered to Italian merchants were analyzed.
Direct interviews were conducted with 64 companies in nine different service vendor categories, and 87 brands and retailers.
