Foreseen e-commerce investment in CRM and customer service systems in Italy 2023

In Italy, e-commerce managers gave insight into foreseen investments on customer relations and customer services in 2023. More than half stated they plan on new investments on the services. Only about seven percent plan on making high investments, while more than ten percent do not foresee any investments in their customer services.
