Over the 2024 November sales events, Black Friday, Cyber Weekend, and Single's Day, consumers in the United Kingdom said that they would be allocation the highest proportion of their budget to basic or essential products they need anyway. On average, UK consumers said that they would spend almost one third of their budget on this category.
