According to data from the last quarter of 2022, 18.7 percent of them witnessed online pages loading too slowly. Nearly five percent of users report non-functioning links, while another 3.7 percent of visitors clicked an element of the website too many times.

The study is based on data from more than 2.4 billion sessions and 6.4 billion page views across 125 websites (B2B websites in manufacturing, software and services) in 26 countries.
