The South American country's IT spending would still be expected to grow by four percent in 2023, even in a recession scenario. Brazil ranks second, with an expected six percent IT spending growth. On the other hand, Peru's IT spending is expected to grow by only one percent in 2023, or even fall by two percent in case of a recession.
