In 2022, payment services offered on digital banking channels in Italy varied across platforms. The most widely adopted service was the F24 payment, which was available on 96 percent of the internet banking platforms and 83 percent of the mobile banking platforms. SEPA Instant Credit Transfer (SCT Inst) was also a widely available service, with 67 and 63 percent of internet and mobile banking platforms offering this form of payment, respectively.
