According to a survey conducted in September 2022, a majority of young people in France, were not willing to reduce their salary to work for an employer that did align with their values. On the other hand, 44 percent of young people were willing to reduce their income in order to work for a company aligned with their values. Almost a quarter of the surveyed were willing to reduce their salary, but only by five percent,16 percent were willing to lower it by ten percent while five percent of respondents for the survey were willing to reduce their salary by 15 percent.
