During a May 2023 survey among gen-zers and millennials in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, and Japan, half of the respondents listed price comparisons as one of the ways in which artificial intelligence (AI) could improve online shopping. Finding deals stood second, mentioned by 46 percent of respondents, while relevant offerings/products rounded up the top three with 41 percent of shares.
