In a survey conducted about festive season shopping expectations among Australian consumers in September 2023, almost 25 percent of those surveyed planned to do all of their travel-related holiday purchasing during the 2023 holiday period solely online. Around 65 percent of respondents indicated they were planning to do most of or all of their festive food shopping in-store.
