According to a survey conducted among mobile smartphone users in the United Kingdom in 2023, young users were more likely than older users to send voice messages. Around two in 10 respondents aged between 18 and 24 reported receiving voice messages at least once a week, while in the case of users aged between 35 and 44, one in 10 respondents reported the same.
