The total battery production capacity in the European Union is forecast to grow from roughly 70 gigawatt-hours in 2022 to a minimum of 700 and a maximum of 1,200 gigawatt-hours in 2030. Germany and Hungary will be the regional leaders in terms of production capacity by the end of the forecast period.
