When purchasing a product, relevancy is essential even after the actual transaction. A 2023 survey showed that nearly one in two consumers expected relevant information or product display after their purchase of grocery products or other items. The United Kingdom showed the highest percentage with 48 percent of shoppers expecting so. In turn, the expectation was much lower in the after-purchase experience of travel services.
