The Netherlands installed approximately 750 megawatts of offshore wind capacity in 2023. The country's offshore wind energy installations were the highest in 2020, at almost 1.5 gigawatts. The Netherlands is one of the countries with the largest offshore wind cumulative capacity worldwide.
