Japan: average annual spending of voice actor otaku 2023

According to a survey conducted in Japan in July 2023, otaku that were fans of voice actors and voice actresses on average spent about 24.8 thousand Japanese yen per year on their hobby. Based on the same survey, the number of otaku in the this segment was estimated at 620 thousand people during that year.
