In 2022, the frequency of people with disabilities in Israel, within the age group of 65 to 79, was about 304 per 1,000 men, and 267 per 1,000 women. Among Israelis aged 80 and above, the rate of disability among women surpassed that of men, at approximately 704 per 1,000.
