Leading sectors in personal consumer data usage India FY 2022
A survey on leveraging consumer data for marketing in India revealed that the sector to extensively use and activate personal consumer data for marketing was the automobile sector, as indicated by 80 percent of the respondents in the financial year 2022. Comparatively, only 29 percent of the respondents indicated that the education sector used personal consumer data to this extent positioning it as the sector laggard in this regard.
